The inlet of XBD-LC vertical fire fighting long-shaft pump is equipped with filter screen, and the opening size is appropriate, which not only effectively prevents the large particle impurities from entering the pump and damaging the pump, but also greatly reduces the inlet loss and improves the pump efficiency.

 

3. The impeller of XBD-LC vertical fire long-shaft pump adopts balance hole to balance the axial force. The front and rear covers of the impeller are provided with replaceable sealing rings to protect the impeller and guide vane body.

 

4. Xbd-lc vertical fire long shaft pump intermediate shaft, hoist pipe and guard pipe are multi-joint, the shaft is connected by threaded coupling or sleeve coupling; The number of water pipe can be increased or decreased according to user needs, to adapt to different depth of liquid, impeller and guide vane body can be customized according to user's design head and requirements for single stage or multistage, to ensure that can meet various user needs.

 

5. The length of single shaft of XBD-LC vertical fire fighting long shaft pump is reasonable, with strong stiffness and sufficient hardness.

 

6. The XBD-LC vertical fire fighting long shaft pump pipe is connected with flange, and there is a guide bearing body between two adjacent lifting pipes. Guide bearing body and guide vane body are equipped with guide bearings, guide bearings made of polytetrafluoroethylene or Cyron, nitrile rubber and other polymer materials. The guard pipe is used to protect the shaft and guide bearing. When conveying clean water, the guard pipe can be cancelled, and the guide bearing does not need to be externally connected with cooling and lubricating water. When transporting sewage, the guard pipe must be installed, and the guide bearing must be externally connected with cooling and lubricating water (the water pump is equipped with a self-closed sealing system, and the self-closed sealing system can prevent sewage from entering the guide bearing after the water pump is stopped).

 

7. The residual axial force of XBD-LC vertical fire long-shaft pump and the weight of rotor parts can be borne by the thrust bearing in the motor support or the motor with thrust bearing. Thrust bearings are lubricated by grease (also known as dry oil lubrication) or lubricating oil lubrication (also known as thin oil lubrication).

 

8. Xbd-lc vertical fire long-shaft pump packing box is unpacking packing box independently designed by our company, which is convenient for later maintenance and replacement.

 

9. The shaft seal of XBD-LC vertical fire long-shaft pump is a packing seal, and the shaft seal and guide bearing are equipped with replaceable bushings to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is adjusted by the upper end of the thrust bearing component or the adjusting nut in the pump coupling, which is very convenient.

A: For small order valve < 4000USD, our customer chose 100% T/T.
For order valve >4000USD, we can accept 30 % T/T in advance , 70 % should be paid before shipment.
