The pump inlet and outlet are vertical upward, and the pump shell parts such as inlet section, middle section, outlet section and bearing body are connected together by tightening bolts. Choose the pump series according to the pump head.
The rotor part of the pump is mainly composed of shaft and impeller installed on the shaft, shaft sleeve, balance plate and other parts, the number of impeller according to the series of the pump. The shaft parts are fastened with flat keys and shaft nuts so that they are connected to the shaft. The whole rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. Bearing according to different type, do not bear axial force, its axial force is balanced by the balance plate. The rotor is allowed to swim axially in the pump shell during operation, and centripetal ball bearings cannot be used. Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, self-lubricated by oil rings and cooled by circulating water.
The sealing surface between the inlet section, the middle section and the outlet section of the pump are sealed with disulfide key grease, and the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve are sealed between the rotor part and the fixed part. When the wear degree of the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, it should be replaced.
Shaft seal form has two kinds of mechanical seal and packing seal. Pump packing seal, packing ring position to be correct, the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, in order to liquid can drip drip seepage. All kinds of sealing components of the pump are installed in the sealed box, which should be filled with water of a certain pressure to play the role of water sealing, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable sleeve is provided at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
This type of pump generally adopts rolling bearing, dry oil lubrication structure, DG85-67, DG155-67 type pump can use sliding bearing, thin oil lubrication structure, can also use rolling bearing, dry oil lubrication structure. The main parts of the pump materials are generally made of high quality cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel.
