The pump cover is fixed on the middle bracket through the stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the connection between the pump body and the middle bracket stop, the pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot support type, can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension part is fixed on the middle bracket through the stop, and the suspension bracket is supported on the base. For the convenience of disassembly, the design of the extended coupling, maintenance can not disassemble the inlet and outlet connection pipeline, pump body and motor. Simply remove the intermediate coupling, you can exit the rotor parts for maintenance. This is a kind of structure commonly used in the world.
IH stainless steel chemical pump shaft seal type:
1.Packing seal: the pump cover is provided with a packing box, which is sealed by soft packing. The water with a certain pressure can be passed into the packing box for sealing cooling, lubrication and cleaning.
2.Mechanical seal: single end mechanical seal and double end mechanical seal two types, sealing cavity through a certain pressure of water, wash friction two end, cooling at the same time.
3.The seal type of the pump adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, which is suitable for users according to their needs. At the same time, according to their needs, the shaft seal type which is suitable for ISO3069 stipulated in the sealing cavity size and other structures, such as mechanical seal with bellows and impeller seal, etc.
4.IH type chemical pump conveying medium temperature of -20ºC ~ 105ºC, when necessary, the use of double end seal cooling device, conveying medium temperature of 20ºC ~ +280ºC. Suitable for conveying various corrosive or non-polluting water-like media in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, wastewater treatment and synthetic fiber industries.

1. Q: Whats the MOQ ?
A: 1 set for regular product ,the special one we need to discuss.
2. Q : What're your payments ?
A: For small order valve < 4000USD, our customer chose 100% T/T.
For order valve >4000USD, we can accept 30 % T/T in advance , 70 % should be paid before shipment.
3 . Q : How long is the deliver time ?
A : For the order in stock ,we will deliver goods at once against payment.
For the orders out of stock , the products time is 7 days for bare pump, 25 days for electric pump set or diesel engine pump set , the deliver time is base on the shipping date and your order by sea.
4. Q: What about the package ?
A : Standard export plywood case .
5.Q : How is the pump delivered to us ?
A : For urgently order, we can ship by air, for large order ,it will be delivered by sea ,vehicle or multi-modal transport.
6. Q : How long is the warranty ?
A: According to the inter nation standards , pump in standard operation is 1 year ,3 months for spare parts.
