D series multistage centrifugal pump overview :D series multistage centrifugal pump is a single suction multistage segmented centrifugal pump for conveying water and liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties. The pump head is H23 to 153.6 meters, and the flow rate is 12.6--39.6m3/h. The highest temperature of liquid shall not exceed 80ºC.
D series multistage centrifugal pump applicable scope:It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply of high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water delivery, heating, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment supporting, especially for small boiler water supply.

4. The shaft is fully sealed structure, to ensure no contact with the medium, no corrosion, long service life.
D series multistage centrifugal pump is multistage segmentalized, the inlet is located in the water inlet section, into a horizontal direction, the outlet is vertical in the water section, the head can be increased or decreased according to the use of pump series. Whether the pump assembly is good or not has a great impact on performance, especially the inlet and outlet center of each impeller and guide wing. A slight deviation will reduce the flow of the pump and reduce the efficiency of the head. Therefore, attention must be paid to the maintenance and assembly.
The main parts of D series multistage centrifugal pump are: inlet section, middle section, outlet section, impeller, guide wing baffle, outlet section guide wing, shaft, seal ring, balance ring, shaft sleeve, tail cover and bearing body. The inlet section, middle section, guide vane baffle, outlet section guide wing, outlet section and tail cover are made of cast iron, forming the pump studio together. Impeller is made of high quality cast iron, there are blades, liquid along the axial side into, because the impeller before and after the compression is different, there must be axial force, the axial force is borne by the balance plate, impeller manufacturing by static balance test. The shaft is made of high quality carbon steel, with an impeller in the middle, which is fixed on the shaft with keys, sleeve and sleeve nuts. One end of the shaft is equipped with a coupling part, which is directly connected with the motor. The sealing ring is made of cast iron to prevent high-pressure water leakage back into the water part of the pump. It is fixed on the water inlet section and the middle section respectively. It is a wearing part and can be replaced by spare parts after wear. The balance ring is made of cast iron and fixed on the outlet section. It and the balance together constitute the balance device. The balance plate is made of wear-resistant cast iron, mounted on the shaft, located between the outlet section and the tail cover, balancing the axial force. The shaft sleeve is made of cast iron, located in the packing chamber, used for fixing impeller and protecting pump shaft. It is a wearing part and can be replaced by spare parts after wear. The bearings are single row centripetal ball bearings lubricated with calcium base grease. The packing plays a sealing role to prevent air from entering and a large amount of liquid from leaking out. The packing seal is composed of the filling chamber on the water inlet section and the tail cover, the packing gland, the packing ring and the packing, etc. A small amount of high pressure water flows into the packing chamber and plays a water sealing role. The tightness of the filler must be appropriate, not too tight nor too loose, to the liquid can drip drip seepage prevail. If the packing is too tight, the bushing is easy to heat up and consume power. Packing is too loose to reduce pump efficiency due to fluid loss.

A: 1 set for regular product ,the special one we need to discuss.
2. Q : What're your payments ?
A: For small order valve < 4000USD, our customer chose 100% T/T.
For order valve >4000USD, we can accept 30 % T/T in advance , 70 % should be paid before shipment.
3 . Q : How long is the deliver time ?
A : For the order in stock ,we will deliver goods at once against payment.
For the orders out of stock , the products time is 7 days for bare pump, 25 days for electric pump set or diesel engine pump set , the deliver time is base on the shipping date and your order by sea.
