QDX single-phase submersible pump purpose:  

Small submersible pumps are widely used in rural underground pumping, irrigation and drainage of farmland, garden watering and domestic water, can also be used for pumping industrial water, aquaculture water, etc.. 

 

QDX small submersible pump features:  

QDX submersible pump is composed of water pump, seal and motor three parts, the motor is located in the upper part of the electric pump, for single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor;  Water pump is located in the lower part of the electric pump, centrifugal impeller, volute structure;  Double end face mechanical seal is used between water pump and motor, and "O" oil-resistant rubber seal ring is used for static seal at each fixed stop.  

1. Small submersible pump shaft by hard chrome plating treatment, effectively improve the shaft wear resistance and corrosion resistance, while conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.  

2.Small submersible pump motor is equipped with thermal protector, can be in the absence of phase of the electric pump, overload, motor overheating and other cases of self-disconnect power protection motor. 

 

QDX single-phase submersible pump operating conditions:  

1, Small submersible pump medium temperature is not higher than +40ºC;  

2, Small submersible pump medium PH value between 6.5-8.5;  

3, Small submersible pump medium containing solid impurities volume ratio is not more than 0.1%, particle size is not more than 0.2mm;  

4, 220V submersible pump power supply is single-phase voltage 220V, three-phase voltage 380V, frequency 50Hz, voltage fluctuation range is 0.9 to 1.1 times of the rated value.  

5. The diving depth of submersible pump is not more than 5m.
