QXN type built-in engineering submersible pump product overview: 

QXN engineering submersible pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump), the implementation of JB/T8092-1996 standards, the electric pump is composed of water pump, seal and motor three parts, the water pump is located in the lower part of the electric pump, centrifugal impeller, flow channel guide vane;  The motor is located at the upper part of the ground electric pump, which is a built-in submersible three-phase asynchronous motor.  The color mechanical seal between the submersible pump and the electrical surface, and the sealing place of each connection port adopts "O" shaped rubber seal ring as static seal.  

QXN engineering submersible pump is the lower pump type, can drain the surface of shallow water operation;  The motor is built in, and a water-passing sandwich is formed between the outer simplicity and the motor shell. When the suction liquid passes through the sandwich, it plays a cooling role on the motor.  Therefore, this series of electric pumps can be submerged in the water, and can be pumped on the ground.  Because of the above characteristics, the series of electric pumps can be widely used in mines, construction sites, tunnels, industrial enterprises and living wastewater, sewage discharge and other places. 

QXN type built-in engineering submersible pump conditions of use:  

1, The medium temperature does not exceed 40ºC;  PH value is between 6.5 and 8.5;  

2. The particle size of solid impurities in the medium is not greater than 0.3mm;  

3, The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is three-phase AC 380V, the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9 ~ 1.1 times of the rated value;  

4. The fluctuation range is 0.9 to 1.1 times of the rated value;  

5. The diving depth is not more than 40 meters.

The submersible pump is suitable for pumping sewage and sludge under various harsh conditions. The motor is three-phase asynchronous motor, divided into internal, external, oil injection, water injection four ways. Small footprint, easy installation, reliable and durable, long life.
